Susan Ullom Hungerford has been associated with The Lorenz Corporation for many years as a former editor, demo recording producer, and composer/arranger.

She is a native of Indianapolis, IN, where she was the Director/Founder of The Indianapolis Handbell Ensemble, as well as the Director of Handbells at University of Indianapolis, and the Director of The Shepherd Ringers, a senior community ensemble. In addition to those particular posts, she also directed handbell ensembles at several Indianapolis area churches from 1979-2003. Her BA in Music History was begun at Shenandoah Conservatory, in Winchester, VA, and completed at Butler University, in Indianapolis.

Now residing in Mission Viejo, CA, Susan is the External Affairs Associate with Opera Pacific. Her husband Carl, who is a software engineer, photographer, and classical guitarist, is also a ringer and the assistant director of Susan's recently created, auditioned adult community group, The South Coast Handbell Ensemble, which is comprised of advanced handbell ringers from throughout Southern California.
