Our most popular organ magazine is filled with simple, melodic preludes, offertories, and postludes in a colorful variety of musical styles. The Organist provides arrangements of classics, hymns, gospel songs, and original works by today’s leading composers, along with helpful editorial comments on performance hints and historical information.
The music for each 32-page issue is printed on two staves, with a clearly defined separation of pedal and left-hand parts. Registrations are provided for all organs and the duration of each composition is given.
