Lee Burswold

Lee Burswold (1941–2017) held Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D in music from the University of Rochester (Eastman School of Music). His publications include two books on jazz and a wide variety of church, brass, and string literature. He was a professor of music at North Park University and played commercial, jazz, and ragtime piano in the Chicago area.
