Thank you for considering The Lorenz Corporation as the publishing home for your creative work! We are always pleased to review new materials for possible publication. Our writers are our greatest resource, and we value the relationships that we build with them through our team of editors.
Before submitting your work, we recommend that you take some time to familiarize yourself with the music and resources that we have published in the past few years to give you an idea of what our customers associate with our imprints. Our areas of emphasis are in music for churches and schools, as well as general music teaching resources, and we are actively reviewing submissions in the following categories:
♦ Educational Choral (octavos)
♦ Sacred Choral (anthems)
♦ Sacred Keyboard (piano and organ)
♦ Sacred Instrumental (works for soloist or ensemble)
♦ Lessons, worksheets, or other teaching materials for the elementary music classroom
All submissions should include a complete, clearly notated manuscript. (Please do not submit lead sheets.) Recordings may accompany submissions, but will not be evaluated without a manuscript. When you’re ready, please include the following in an email to us directly at email@example.com:
♦ Your full name
♦ Your address
♦ The title of your submission
♦ Any additional comments
♦ Your clearly notated manuscript
By emailing a submission to firstname.lastname@example.org, you agree to the following:
If we are interested in publishing your work, you will receive a letter, a contract, or some other communication within 60 days. If you do not receive notification from us within 60 days, we are unable to publish your work, and the submitted files will be destroyed to ensure that your creative work is not duplicated. At the end of this 60-day period, you are free to send your submission to another publisher with our thanks for the opportunity to review your work.
