If you are looking for the perfect composition to teach the F blues, this is the answer. The first chorus uses three notes of the F-blues scale and each successive chorus adds one more note of the scale. In the rhythm section, each part begins as simply as possible, and each chorus adds one new component to each of the parts. For example, the bass starts by playing whole notes on chord roots, the second chorus has quarter notes on the roots, the third chorus uses the pattern 1-2-1-2, etc.
